EXERCISE
I have played sports throughout my entire life. In middle school, high school, and college (intramural) I played volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I also loved horseback riding and running.
As I got older and graduated college and went out into the real world, I was able to relate to the millions of adults that have always struggled with keeping a healthy and lifestyle. I decided to make sure that exercise was part of my daily activities and not just an occasional chore. Establishing a routine was difficult at first; I eventually figured out how to manage my time and now I rarely ever miss the gym. I am passionate about swimming and strength training.
